Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

The order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all appropriate parts, components, and the packaging is intact.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@juna-tennis.com
  • Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • Full name
    • Customer address

We will provide you with the correct return address. Never send the return to the sender's address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer (a natural person making a purchase for non-commercial purposes), you have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), receives the last item of your order.

As Juna operates a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Once shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and refunds can only be processed upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juna) by email with a clear declaration of your decision. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Record for Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from various locations, longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive your order before returning it.

For a faster return process, we recommend sending us a shipping confirmation once you have returned the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs due to non-standard shipping choices). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method for refunds as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. No additional costs will be charged for the refund.

All returns must be sent to our office in the Netherlands at the customer's expense.
